Bio-based composite
The 100% natural resin makes Duplicor® a unique bio-based (building) material.
The natural qualities are outstanding
Duplicor® resin is manufactured from crop residues and, when combined with natural fibres such as flax, jute or hemp, is even 100% bio-based. This combination is good for the environment and very cost-efficient. Its high temperature resistance also makes Duplicor® virtually incombustible. In short: natural, fire-safe, CO2-saving and affordable.
After years of thinking, testing and experimenting, we developed a bio-composite that outperforms on all counts
carbon footprint
Bio-based resin
Duplicor® resin is made from agrowaste. This is a residual product from the food industry that until recently was thrown away or partially recycled. This material is the basis for our resin, making Duplicor®'s resin 100% bio-based. A feature we can no longer ignore in the modern construction world.
We are in a transition, also in construction. We need to look at the origin of our building materials and at waste. Duplicor® fits in perfectly with this.
Basis for circular construction
If the Netherlands really wants to move towards a circular economy, non-renewable raw materials should only be used for those technical applications, for which there is mostly no renewable alternative. For other things, there are 100% natural alternatives. Such as Duplicor®.
The bio-based alternative to infinite raw materials
Choose bio-based building materials and from now on simply reserve steel, plastic and aluminium for your electric car, smartphone and laptop. For a building shell, there is really no need to use such materials. Duplicor® is the bio-based alternative.
