Duplicor® is a good alternative to 'standard' façade solutions. For both new construction and renovation, this building material offers a whole range of advantages. In particular, its light weight and high insulation value are a huge plus for high-rise façade applications.
Because the various materials of a composite sandwich element are very efficiently made into a complete element, we can offer a thinner façade shell with the same insulation value as conventional façade solutions. The advantage: more m2 of floor area per storey for the same GFA.

The environmental performance class expressed in CO2 consumption per kg of product, is low and unrivalled compared to conventional façade solutions in HSB concrete or aluminium. CE-Delft carried out a study on this, the LCA report can be downloaded here.

But its long lifespan, low (maintenance) costs, strong insulation value and high fire safety also make Duplicor® the basis for efficient (façade) construction.
In many cases, Duplicor® is a better alternative to HSB, concrete and/or aluminium cassette element façade systems. For element façade projects, we collaborate with De Groot & Visser. They specialise in façade engineering, assembly and glazing, we in element filling. A win-win for both parties.
